remote training support with an in-person physical assessment

structured into three clear phases:

  1. interview + anthropometric and postural assessment
  2. creation of a custom training plan design
  3. prescription, monitoring, and remote training adjustments

 how it works: once the interview and in-person physical assessment are completed and goals are defined, a personalized workout plan will be designed for the client. after receiving the plan via email, the client will follow the training program using a user-friendly app, tracking progress, and keeping the trainer updated throughout the process. adjustments can be made as needed to ensure the exercises remain effective and aligned with the training model.

duration: 3 months, subject to the individual’s goals and progress.
